Aquidia Holdings Limited is the company that owns SIX News, CTV and scoTV, including their trademarks, licence, equipment, sets, rights to shows, and contracts for stars. Aquidia Holdings is in charge of co-ordinating operation of the studio, but the actual buildings are owned by 60% shareholder fourtsnmedia and is leased for free to Aquidia. Its main office is in Swindow however operations are conducted from Manchester and a office is maintained in London.

There were originally four shareholders of Aquidia Holdings:
- fourtsnmedia (60%)
- Taff Media (20%)
- Emoa Group (10%)
- V Group (10%)
However under corporate rules this was changed on 23 January 2009.
- fourtsnmedia (85%)
- Emoa Group (15%)
fourtsnmedia put 25% of AHL up for sale. By the 24th of January, bids from Viridian Media, Vanquish Media, Carte Regal Media and LevCorp Media were received. Ownership was then as follows:
- fourtsnmedia (60%)
- Emoa Group (15%)
- Carte Regal Media (15%)
- Vanquish Media (10%)

The board of directors was made up of 11 members - 6 from fourtsnmedia, 2 from Taff Media, 1 from Emoa, 1 from V Group and 1 from Carte Regal Media. A new board was made in the realignment - 6 from fourtsnemdia, 2 from Emoa, 2 from Carte Regal Media and 1 from Vanquish Media.
