This contract fulfils a contractual agreement between the Licencee ("Contracted to", "they") and the Network ("us", "we"). The Licencee must provide a Channel 6 local television service to its particular region in accordance with the terms written in this contract. They must abide by the Network rules and regulations, and we will oversee these commitments over the 12 month contract. The licensee is able to extend its contract by a further 12 months by making a bid in the annual franchise rounds.
