SIDEKICK enables viewers to view all regional programming broadcast on tvCautley over the past 10 days. Networked programming produced by tvCautley owner Vanquish Media is also available. Each addition of local news programme, Roundabout, is available for up to 7 days after its original airing, giving viewers the chance to catch up with the week's news and events. Up to the minute weather, sport and travel bulletins are produced for SIDEKICK.

Programmes can be streamed for free on SIDEKICK for up to 10 days after their original broadcast date. Alternatively, viewers have the option of downloading programmes, enabling them to store and watch their chosen content for 30 days at no extra cost.

Additionally, some programmes can be offered to download unwatermarked and in superior quality for £1.49. Once purchased, the programme can be stored and viewed forever and can be transferred to compatible iPods.
