Vanquish Broadcasting Ltd is a holding company which owns the Network Six Yorkshire & Lincolnshire and, from 1st March 2010, London Weekday franchise licences, operating the franchises under the Cautley and Lux brands respectively. Cautley_shift, a 1 hour timeshift of Cautley and Vanquish Broadcasting's first digital-only channel, launched on 20th March 2009.
Until 1st November 2009, Vanquish Broadcasting also owned the Northern Ireland franchise, operating the licence as emerald1. The business was sold to Londay Broadcasting as part of a refocusing of VBL's operations to England only.
The company's headquarters are located inside Vanquish Media's Three Rivers House.
