Vanquish Media's internal marketing division is tasked with designing and operating the company's websites as well as creating on screen presentation for the group's franchise companies. Recent work includes designing cautleytv's idents and other presentation.

Three Rivers was a regional programme production company owned by Vanquish Media. It was closed in April 2009 when its parent company deemed it to be 'no longer profitable'. The service was folded into two new production companies, Cautley Films and Emerald Gems, which operate in Yorkshire and Northern Ireland only.

In October 2007, Vanquish Media won the right to operate the Network Six Yorkshire & Lincolnshire franchise in a joint arrangement with Carte Regal. tvCautley, as it was originally known, launched in November 2007. Carte Regal agreed to sell its 50% stake in Cautley Broadcasting Company Ltd to Vanquish Media in September 2008, thus handing VM full control of the station.
In the 2009 Network Six Franchise Round, Vanquish Media won the licence to operate the Network Six Northern Ireland franchise with Emerald1. The bid was unopposed and will commence broadcasting in March 2009 when the new licences come into effect.
In January 2009, Vanquish Media's two franchise licences were moved to a new holding company, Vanquish Broadcasting Ltd. VBL is owned by a consortium of Network Six companies, with Vanquish Media holding a 62.5% stake in the business.
The emerald1 business was sold to Londay Broadcasting in November 2009 as part of a restructuring of Vanquish Broadcasting's operations to England only.
VBL placed a bid for the London Weekday franchise in the 2010 Network Six Franchise Round and were successful in acquiring the licence. Lux, the name of the new station, will launch on 1st March 2010 when the new licence contracts come into effect. Cautley also successfully rebid for its franchise, securing a further year's broadcasting unopposed.

Opened in Summer 2007, Three Rivers House is Vanquish Media's HQ and media production facility, named after the three major rivers of North East England.
