Vision Television

Vision Television won the franchise and came on air in 2005 on 6net (previous management of SIX) after 6net's falling viewing figures and other woes, the network was handed over to franchise holder and founder Phil England then it was handed over to Orry Verducci which rebranded to SIX. On the 29th February 2008, Vision Television lost the franchise and was replaced by Dragon Television owned by Taff Media.

Vision's studios was the building next door V Group's office building in Cardiff, which is now used as additional space for lease production companies.

[edit] Vision HD (VHD)

Vision HD is a channel which shows High Definition programming in 1080i (1920x1080) interlaced. Selected HD programmes are shown on this channel however SD 16:9 programmes will be in a letterbox with a message explaining that the programme is standard and advises the viewer to switch to the appropriate channel.
